The copper phone network switches off in January 2027. Is your business ready?

Phone lines, card machines, alarms and lifts can all rely on analogue lines. We find what is affected and move you to a cloud phone system, SIP trunks or digital lines before the deadline.

What is the PSTN switch-off?

The PSTN is the UK's traditional copper phone network. It is due to be retired on 31 January 2027, so business phone lines are moving to internet-based (VoIP) services. DNS Utilities helps you find services that still depend on analogue lines and move them to a cloud phone system, SIP trunks or digital lines, keeping existing numbers where possible.
